1. Who are we?
TimeMatics-Systems is a service provided by GoldSolutions B.V., based in the Netherlands. We are responsible for processing your personal data as described in this privacy policy.
2. What data do we collect?
2.1 Account details
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address and password (stored in a protected form).
2.2 Usage data
When using TimeMatics-Systems, you can enter working hours and times, mileage and journeys, project details and client contact details.
2.3 Payment details
Payments are processed by Mollie. We store your Mollie customer ID and subscription ID. Your bank details (IBAN) are processed and stored exclusively by Mollie in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard.
2.4 Technical data
We automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type (web, iOS or Android) and session data.

4. Who do we share your data with?
We share your personal data only with Mollie B.V. for processing iDEAL payments and SEPA direct debits, and with our hosting provider to host the application and database. We do not sell or provide your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. How long do we keep your data?
- Account details: while your account is active, plus up to 30 days after deletion.
- Usage data: deleted when you delete your account.
- Payment details: retained in accordance with statutory retention periods (7 years for financial administration).
- Log files: up to 90 days.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access: you can ask what data we process about you.
- Rectification: you can have incorrect data corrected.
- Erasure: you can request deletion of your account and data through your account settings.
- Portability: you can request a copy of your data in a commonly used format.
- Objection: you can object to certain processing activities.
7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transfers, protected password storage using bcrypt, regular backups and restricted access to personal data.
8. Cookies
TimeMatics-Systems uses functional cookies needed for the application, including session cookies and CSRF protection. If optional usage measurement is enabled, we ask for your consent before recording visits and demo starts. With consent, we also load the Google Ads tag to measure advertising. Google receives technical measurement data and may set advertising cookies. We do not send names, email addresses or entry contents to this tag. Advertising personalisation is disabled. You can withdraw consent on this privacy page to stop new measurements; existing cookies can be deleted in your browser. For administration, we also record the last authenticated use without IP addresses or visited URLs.
9. Changes
We may change this privacy policy. Changes are published on this page. We will inform you by email of significant changes.
